Jedi Training: Trials of Temple - Hollywood Studios

Do you have a little Jedi Master at home? Well, Jedi Training is an experience you do not want to miss! Located at Hollywood Studios, kids ages 4 - 12 years old can train like a Jedi.

Registration for Jedi Training: Trails of Temple is unlike any other Disney experiences since there is no advanced registration. Jedi Training is very popular and typically, there are 15 shows a day, with 32 slots available. Reservations begin as soon as Hollywood Studios opens for that day. To register head over to the Indiana Jones Adventure Outpost located between Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular and the 50's Prime Time Cafe.

The day we did Jedi training, we had a character breakfast in the morning, and then my husband and oldest son headed over to Hollywood studios to get there when it opened. Any child that wants to participate in the training has to be present at the time of registration. Once you are registered, you will pick from time slots available. You should already have your FastPasses booked, so make sure to choose a time that works within your day.

You will return 30 minutes before your show time to the Indian Jones Adventure Outpost. Cast memebrs will start giving stops away to standbys as show time approaches, so be on time. The Jedi trainees are given a brown robe and light sabers to borrrow while trainding. Jedi’s are then placed in two groups, 16 kids will be on the top stage and 16 kids on the ground level. There will be two different photo pass photographers, so make sure you get a card from the right photographer. Also, there is zero seating for the show, so be prepared to stand and watch the 20-minute show on your feet.

My son loved this experience, especially when he finally got to face Darth Vadar and show his Jedi skills. He took it so seriously, and I loved how the pictures turned out.

Pro Tip: If you have Jedi training in your plans, make sure to check showtimes the night before and also familiarize yourself with the location of the Indiana Jones Adventure Outpost by checking the Hollywood Studios map. That way, in the morning, you know exactly where you are going for registration. This event is sometimes cancelled due to weather, so check the forecast as well!

May the Force be with You!

And the BATTLE begins…
