How often do you go to Disney?: First time
Trip Deets (Month, Length of Trip, Group Demographics): February 13, 2023-February 19, 2023; Traveling with a Toddler. Entire family are first timers.
The Best Part of Your Trip?: The best part of our trip was the character experiences. Watching our daughter open up to each character was a fantastic feeling. Her joy and excitement were the magic we looked forward to before our trip. Also, she turned three during our trip, and everyone wished her a happy birthday. Our waitress at Crystal Palace sang happy birthday to her.
What Would You Do Different?: Two things we would do differently, 1. Stay at a different hotel. All-Star Music was really, really great, especially if you're on a budget and want to experience WDW. We were limited to just the bus and would like to experience other modes of transportation so that we are not folding the stroller. 2. Bring more family and split MK into two days. Don't get me wrong. It's capable because we did it with the 8:30 entry. We planned to stay until closing, but after dinner, we were stuffed and ready to shower and get in bed. We rode everything but about three rides, so hey, go for it. We will not next time. Haha
What is the Best Tip you got from Well Hello Disney?: The best tip was how to use genie+. Once you get the hang of it, booking time slots for the next ride is a thrill. My husband said we paid for the thrill. Haha! Taking midday breaks was extremely helpful. It made the experience more magical as we were traveling with a toddler. NOT doing MK on day 1. We waited until day 5 to do MK and used day six as a rest day. We attempted Disney Springs but were back at the room about 1 hour later. Take advantage of the indoor shows. Those 30 mins do wonders for your feet.
Give us Your Best Disney Tip!: If you're traveling with someone that may have anxiety from the fireworks. Try to get reservations for Crystal Palace. You can see the fireworks and projections. Also, you don't have to purchase the add-on Mickey chocolate cake if you're celebrating a birthday. The restaurant gives you a celebration cupcake with a candle. Also, the line to meet Mickey goes down during and right after the parade.
What was your most useful Platform on Well Hello Disney?: The most useful platform was the genie+ webinar. Also, the tips she has on her Instagram, because she saves her stories, it was easy to go back and review information. Lastly, I don't want to forget her willingness to interact. If I had any questions, she answered them.
Leave Well Hello Disney a review!: Jessica was AHHHHHMAZING!!! Before I found her page, I honestly didn't know what I was getting myself into. Everyone I spoke with that went to Disney didn't have good reviews, and I didn't understand why the trip was horrible for them. Finding Well Hello Diseny on IG helped me to see the individuals I spoke with went in "just winging it." Jessica helped us strategize and plan our trip to ensure it was magical for our family.
COMPLETELY OPTIONAL! We would love to hear how you saved money, your budget, and any programs you used to help reduce the cost of your trip:: We saved money by using Walmart delivery. Walmart offered Walmart+ free for the first 30 days, so if you don't enjoy it, just remember to cancel before the 30 days. This helped us limit the amount of dining experiences as my husband and daughter are both picky eaters. So this helped us not spend $60pp on a dining experience where he would only eat 2-3 things off the buffet
