Jackson & Caden’s Disney Adventures!
How often do you go to Disney?: Many times as a kid/teen. First time with my own kids!!!
Trip Deets: September 21-25
Hotel: Riviera (preferred view- deluxe studio)
Disney Springs then 3 park days (HS-hop MK, MK, Epcot)
2 adults, 2 kids - My husband & I, two boys age 5 & 7
The Best Part of Your Trip?: Hard to say - we loved the Riviera & ease of the sky-liner, we did the dessert pre-party at MK and loved it! Also loved staying at MK after fireworks in a very empty park and hitting some key rides before heading back - took the pressure off the next full day at MK since we had 3 keys rides already knocked out. Win!!!
What Would You Do Different?: I’d do another HS day and get to the parks earlier - we opted for sleep over rope drop and missed out on a couple key rides, wouldn’t do Epcot again on a weekend day.
What is the Best Tip you got from Well Hello Disney?: ALL!!! Packing tips were great, Amazon shopping lists, park bag tips, dining reservation and dining alert tips were great also. BEST tip ever from you was deciding what to focus on and understanding we wouldn’t be able to do it all.
Give us Your Best Disney Tip!: Set realistic expectations for your trip. Focus on what is most important to your family. Allow yourself to slow down to experience the magic.
What was your most useful Platform on Well Hello Disney?: Instagram!
Leave Well Hello Disney a review!: Well Hello Disney is the most refreshing & fun page to follow for all things Disney. Jessica is joyful and fun to watch and her tips are fantastic. She is great at answering questions too! My most useful and favorite page to visit for all things Disney! Her tips proved to be so valuable during our trip!
COMPLETELY OPTIONAL! We would love to hear how you saved money, your budget, and any programs you used to help reduce the cost of your trip:: We saved by taking snacks and drinks to the park with us every day, ate at least 2 meals a day in the room. Saved by giving my kids gift cards ahead of time with set amounts, they could buy what they wanted but had to stay within their gift card limit. Purchased bubble wands on Shop Disney during a sale (saved 40%). I used fetch rewards to get points for gift cards, we also used the Disney credit card for points and statement credit. Purchased all gift cards from Sam’s to get discount there too. Tried to pre-purchase many small items we would need ahead of time (ponchos, glow sticks for fireworks, batteries, light up necklaces, etc).
