Parking at Walt Disney World
It's great to be in the Disney bubble and use their free transportation options. However, sometimes we like to take our car, and for those staying outside of the Disney bubble, here are the details you need to know about parking.Your parking fee covers ALL four theme parks for that day!
Strolling through Disney: Disney Stroller Tips
I have TWO favorite park strollers, Baby Jogger City Minis & Bob. (Exceptions: If you have an older child and want an umbrella stroller, you can survive on those, also the baby car seat collapsible snap-ins!) Numerous strollers would work. If your stroller can do all I have listed below, you should be fine!
Strollers at Disney and Why you need one!
This is just my opinion on strollers. You know your kiddos, and you have to decide for yourself what you think is best for them. My perspective is also a little different because I am traveling with multiple younger children, we are outnumbered, and we do not go hard at the Parks because we are frequent travelers.
MK Genie+ and ILL
Here are my honest thoughts on Genie+. I use it at ALL parks because I do not want to wait in line. Do you need it at all parks? Absolutely not, Epcot, AK, you can do without it. Do I still get it? Yep! My best advice is to USE Genie+ at Epcot or AK before going to Magic Kingdom. It is important to have a practice day. I know you want to head to the castle the first day, but wait one more day if you are a first-timer!
Enjoying Walt Disney World with an Infant
Here are some tips for traveling with a Disney Infant.
A stroller - a place for them to nap, rest, and sit in most of the day. Bring a rain cover, light or thick blanket depending on the weather (in fact, I think strollers are necessary until six years old, and in some cases until 7 or 8, you have to know your kid!)…
Child Safety at the Parks
You have been hearing that in 2022 crowd levels are at an all-time high, and as a first-timer, you are a little worried about keeping your child from getting lost.
This is our absolute worst nightmare, but it happens to the best of us. Even our family has lost a kiddo at a theme park!
Here are five ways to keep your child safe at the parks:
Baby Care Centers at Walt Disney World
When I discovered the Baby Care Center at Walt Disney World, it was a GAME CHANGER! So what is it? It is a full-service facility for parents with infants and toddlers (5 and under.) This place has EVERYTHING from private nursing rooms with rocking chairs, changing tables, bathroom, high chairs to feed your toddler. There was a microwave, sink, and sitting area for the kids. They even have a store in each care center to buy diapers, wipes, formula, and strollers! You need it, they have it for you and your child.
Jedi Training: Trials of Temple - Hollywood Studios
Do you have a little Jedi Master at home? Well, Jedi Training is an experience you do not want to miss! Located at Hollywood Studios, kids ages 4 - 12 years old can train like a Jedi.
